Swimming Pools and Spa

Residents of Lake Forest can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the beautiful lakeside pool area. After you've practiced your back stroke in the junior Olympic pool, you can relax in a wonderful outdoor heated spa. Our youngest residents have not been left out. A kiddie pool is also available for babies and toddlers. For your convenience, showers and locker rooms are included in the amenities offered at the Clubhouse.

 

Clubhouse

The Lake Forest Clubhouse is a private, lakefront facility with nearly 10,000 sq. ft.   The Clubhouse offers a stunning view of the lake from the great room and dance floor, plus a full kitchen and wet bar.  With a large outdoor balcony also overlooking the lake and the pools, it is an excellent location for your next party or event.

 

 

 

 

Fitness Center 

The Fitness Center is located on the first floor of the clubhouse. There are free weights, universal, and cardio machines available for a great workout.

 

 

 

 

 

Tennis Courts

Our  tennis enthusiasts really appreciate the six lighted courts allowing for play day and night. A tennis pro is available for private lessons.

 

 

 

 

Playground

Our younger residents can enjoy hours of family fun on the playground. This picturesque, lakeside area includes swings, a rock climbing wall, spiral slide, play deck, and cargo rope ladder. Additionally, adult "kids" can enjoy volleyball on a white, sandy beach.

 

 

 

Boating and Fishing 

Residents enjoy canoeing and sailing on the seemingly endless lake. For fishing enthusiasts, the lake is  habitat for a variety of fish including bass, catfish, bluegill, crappies, sunfish, and shiners.

 

 

 

 

Social Activities

Lake Forest residents have organized a variety of social activities for adults and children. Cooking skills are learned and shared by the Gourmet Club and residents also gather for neighborhood socials. The Family Events Committee plans kid-friendly activities. Our avid readers share their interpretations in the Book Club, our residents share their faiths in the Bible Study Group, and the Women's Club reaches out to our neighbors in need. There are afternoon and evening bridge games and the ever lively and popular Bunco. Here at Lake Forest, there is something for everyone!

Guardhouse

Lake Forest is a  gated community. The Guardhouse is staffed 24 hours a day, everyday.  Residents gain access through an electronic transponder on their vehicles.  Guests of residents are registered by the resident/owner with the guard house and verified upon arrival.
